I have spent more than 30 years in mortgage banking, and personally helped thousands of people across Middle Tennessee with their mortgage needs. There is tremendous satisfaction in becoming someone’s trusted advisor. I enjoy the education process, explaining every detail along the way, so that last minute surprises are eliminated. Asking many questions is as important to me as answering questions. The end result is a mortgage structure that is tailor-made to the individual. Often times, buyers are unaware of the many options available to them. By working toward forming a relationship, rather than concentrating on a single transaction, my clients and I are able to develop a plan that meets not only their immediate needs but also future goals and objectives.
